The Mixing Bowls have been re-designed and are now manufactured on state of the art precision CNC machines meaning guaranteed repeatability when it comes to specification and quality. The mixing tools are forged by hand and electronically finished giving tolerances in construction 5 times more precise.
The SANCASSIANO “Bakers’ Package”: A program recording parameters helps you to improve your product quality and maintain finished product consistency against changing environmental conditions. Mixing time, ingredient temperatures and input energy are measured, recipes memorized and mixing intensity controlled.
Every GENESI mixer comes with a PLC and a touch screen designed with the input of operators and professional bakers. The HMI is user-friendly with clear commands, it’s easy to understand and comes with password hierarchy.
The oil-free drive system means that there are no bolts or screws in the mixing head, the mixer is easy to clean with a High Pressure Cleaning Package available as an option.

The GENESI range includes a high speed Planetary Mixer for soft cookie doughs, cake batters and butter creams. Effective vertical and horizontal bowl scraping is now a reality. Complete stainless steel version available.
