Cake Lines

Alimec design and build automatic and semi-automatic production lines for the production of Cakes and Muffins in either paper cups or greased moulded baking pans.

Alimec excel in every area on the line. Their Paper Cup De-Nester is highly flexible and will run at the highest efficiency levels available on the market with any cup design. The Batter Depositors and the Injection Units are designed to ensure tight deposit/injection weight control and the innovative Alimec designs enable you to realize the creativity of your NPD Deptartment and bring new products to market.

ALIMEC has developed Best in Class equipment for Target sprinkling and IQF Depositing exceeding customer demands with regards to weight control and accuracy of deposit.

Fully Automatic Cake Line

Fully automated system, custom made for the production of cakes/muffins with or without cups, capable of managing medium/high production. Compact and performing both in terms of yield and production, this automatic line for the production of cakes and muffins is capable of producing different types of products, optimizing space, cooking and cooling times.

A fully automated production line, tailor-made for the production of cakes/muffins with or without paper cups, for a medium-high production capacity. This line is able to produce different types of products, optimizing spaces, baking and cooling times. It is composed of:

Paper cup denester, batter depositor, filling unit and depanner, completely driven by servomotors, for a wide range of products and high accuracy
Possibility of different types of cooling, including an innovative and compact “not-in-pan” system, to significantly reduce the cooling time and the number of pans in the system
Pan management system made with materials that reduce both noise and wear-and-tear, while ensuring accuracy and positioning during transport
Possibility of using punched pans to reduce baking time and increase the production capacity
PLC and display (HMI) for production line control, data and recipe storing#
The automatic line is made according to the production capacity and product type required by the customer

Semi-automatic Cake Line

A semi-automatic system created to measure for the production of different types of cakes and muffins. This compact and versatile line, created to manage a medium-low production, involves the use of rotary kilns. The particular ‘U’ configuration simplifies the operation of loading and unloading the trays, creating a continuous and rational workflow, reducing the amount of personnel and optimizing the space required.

A semi-automatic production line, tailor-made for the production of different types of cakes. This line has been designed to handle a medium – high production speed with the possibility of fully automating it in the future. It includes:

Plant with ‘U’ shape configuration in order to facilitate loading and unloading of baking pans with just one operator
Paper cup denester, batter depositor, filling unit, and depanner completely driven by servomotors, for a wide range of products and high accuracy
Use of rack rotary ovens that require little space and limited investments
PLC and display (HMI) for production line control, data and recipe storing
Production capacity from 5,000 to 12,000 pcs/hour according to the product type

Pizza Lines

Alimec design and build fully automatic lines for pizza topping. The Alimec peperoni slicer of which there are more than 200 in operation today, delivers unrivalled peperoni placement accuracy at high speed.

The dry toppings equipment is available in both waterfall and targeted deposit execution. Alimec also specialize in IQF topping equipment and manufacture especially designed conveyors for easy, fast cleaning on or off line.

As standard, Alimec equipment is fast and easy to clean without tools and IP67 rated.
