The company provides the latest technologies for the sugar confectionery industry, supplying systems for weighing, mixing and pre-dissolving raw ingredients ahead of final cooking systems for Caramel, Fudge, Jellies, Hard Candy, Fondant and Aerated Chews.
CHOCOTECH has a state-of-the-art lab facility with experienced process engineers available to you for production-scale trials.

A number of systems are available for preparing a slurry or solution before this is pumped to the cooker.
The ECOGRAV® uses the moisture in the glucose to dissolve the sugar crystals (or Isomalt) without adding potable water, thus saving up 50 % and more on energy costs. This is mostly used for hard candy, chewy candy, fondant and binders.
The AUTOGRAV® is designed with either hot water or steam jacked heating and is most commonly used for masses which contain protein, like caramel when steam heating is applied or for various other types of masses such as jellies, binders and fondants when using hot water in the jacket.
Both the above can be supplied with a big bag feeding system for sugar or Isomalt.
CHOCOTECH offer a wide variety of batch and continuous cooking systems for almost all types of candy masses. The range consists of both static and dynamic systems for atmospheric, vacuum and pressure cooking and dissolving.
For chocolate forming CHOCOTECH offer two systems:
The FROZENSHELL® for forming thin chocolate shells in many shapes and sizes which can then be filled with praline masse like nougat or ganache.
The CHOCOFORM® PSL which is designed for forming chocolate lentils, eggs, spheres with either a plain chocolate mass or chocolate mass containing inclusions, like nut or biscuit pieces.
