We are pleased to share the first issue of the 2026 MC Automations Newsletter, created to provide updates on events and new developments, as well as to highlight our established machine models and revisit key performance topics. In this edition, we are featuring the MC4TB Tablet Wrapping Machine.

MC4TB

The MC4TB is a two-step tablet wrapping machine. In the first step, tablets are wrapped in aluminium foil, heat-sealed on three sides. This is followed by an external wrap using paper or paperboard, sealed with hot-melt adhesive.

THE BEST CARE IN TABLET HANDLING

Two continuous-motion toothed infeed belts deliver the tablets to the wrapping station. A specially designed tablet pusher (patented) ensures precise and gentle handling of tablets, both plain and with inclusions such as whole nuts.

 

INNOVATIVE OPERATING CONCEPT

A rotating head transfers the tablet through six working stations, carrying out foil heat sealing and folding with maximum efficiency and precision.

DRASTIC REDUCTION IN SIZE CHANGEOVER TIME

Thanks to its revolutionary design concept and advanced electronic control system, the MC4TB is a high-performance machine that is both easy to operate and quick to set up.
